New Year's Eve

Sunday

Today, we went to get food for our New Year's Eve party. We invited some friends and family. We're going to have shrimps, ceasar salad, smoked salmon, black forest cake and much more!! Yum:D. We are akso going to watch "Air Buddies". They're so cute! I like Rosebud. We usually go to a Northern Italian club for New Year's, but we went to the wedding yesterday, so that was enough.

Saturday...Wedding Day!

At 1:30, we went to All Saints church for my dad's cousin's daughter's wedding. All Saints church is a beautiful church but, it's strange to have a wedding there beacause it's round. I went there when I was really little, but nothing has really changed, except for the wall, behind the alter. The bride had a beatiful long, beaded, silk gown on. She looked so pretty. Afterwards, we went to the reception at the Liberty Grand. It wasn't the best one that I've been to, but it was nice. I was surprised that the ballroom wasn't bigger. My favourite meal was the antipasto. It had perosciutto with bocconcini and eggplant soaked in olive juice with some muchrooms on top. It was delicious!! Yumm! The wedding was lots of fun!

Today, we went to go see "Rocky Balboa" beacause my mom remembers seeing them when her brother was still in football and she used to like watching them with her brothers. So...she made me come;). I didn't think that I would like it. But it turned out to be really good!! It's a real classic.

On Thursday, we went to Vaughn Mills with my grandparents. All the stores had really good deals! At Fairweather, they had buy 1 and get 2 free on most of their merchandise! I didn't but anything, though. At Designer Depot, there was this cute soft pink cowgirl hat that was half off, so...I fit it into my budget ;)!! After shopping, I had a chocolate dipped, Dairy Queen ice cream! YUMMY!

Today, my mom and I went to "Harvey's" for a burger. On our way home, we saw Alice and her dog "Rex" going for a walk (he's so cute!). When we got home, I played some games. For dinner, we had leftover turkey and stuffing...again!Yum! Then, we played "Clue" and went upstairs to visit my Grandparents. I have to go out now. Bye!

Tuesday...Boxing Day!!

Boxing Day

I just stayed home on Boxing Day. For lunch, I had pasta. After, I watched "Married with Children" because they had a Boxing Day special. On channel 54. It was on from 6:00 am, Tuesday, to 6:00 am, the next day!!!!!!! I've never seen anything like that before! After, we went to Shopper's Drug Mart for the boxing Day sales (if there was anything left...;) ). Then we had dinner (leftover turkey and stuffing, carrots and potatoes.YUM!! After dinner, I watched more "Married with Children" and went to bed.

Chritmas Day!!

Christmas Day

Christmas Day was awesome!! I got "The Devil wears Prada", "The Pirates of the Caribbean 2" and "Air Buddies"! I also got a portable DVD player and the game "Clue" on DVD. I also got a bead set and some other stuff. After, I helped my mom make the turkey and the stuffing. Then, I went upsatairs to my grandparents's place and we watched the movie"Prancer" an some music videos. Dinner was SOOOOOO good! After dinner, my grandma and I watched "The Devil wears Prada", while my grandpa watched football and my dad had a nap and my mom put the food away(but we helped her too ;) )

Sunday... It's Cristmas Eve!

Christmas Eve!

On Sunday, we went to St. Bonnie's Christmas Mass. They had a Reenactment

of the Nativity and I was in it! Andrewzia was Mary and Justin were Joseph. Ashley, Joel and Victoria Brig. were kings, David (Gr. 7) was a sheperd and Maddy (Gr. 7) and I were angels. After the mass, we had dinner at home (instead of the Manderin) because my dad was sick and he din't want to eat alot, and after, our friends in the building, had a party, so we went up there for a while. Christmas Eve was so much fun!!

Happy Holidays!!

The Holidays are finally here!!! Today, I went to Shoppers Drugmart and Longos to that, we went home and do our last minute Christmas shopping. I can't wait till tomorrow! Anyways, after ate lunch. Then I watched "Friends" for a little bit. For dinner, we had steak. It was the best steak that I've ever tasted! Yummmmmmmmm. And here I am now, typing away and talking to my friends on MSN. I have to go to Pharma Plus now! Bye!

I'm so Excited!!!

I can't wait till next wednesday because we are going to see "The Nativity Story"!! As a class! At Fairview mall!! Do we have to wear our uniforms, pay for the ticket, be gone all day , buy popcorn and a lunch? Sorry if I have too many questions :D. Anyways, I really wanted to see that movie! I'm so excited!

Tonight, we had to make candy gram cards for tomorrow, so we can go around and sell them! That will ALSO be exciting!I already did my cards, but they aren't that good:(. The glitter sort of smudged on one:(. Oh well! I think that it's a really good idea to have a raffle and sell candy grams to raise money for our E.A.! I hope we make some profit, though. Thank you so much Ms. Zupan! It's ging to be so much fun!!
